Woke to find kind words in my inbox this morning about Super Cocoa Dunkleweizen and Nelson ate a Persimmon:
Damn you are good. Just finished the Dunkleweizen with vanilla and cocoa. Holy crap that was yummy. The pale with Nelson Sauvin and persimmon was amazing. Made me want one more taste. Well done Sensei!

Planning a "collaboration" pilot brew with my buddies in the Finnish rock band Dead Sirius 3000. Expect an IPA named Dead Sirius, a Roggenbier oriented (rye) IPA with a peppery, resiny hop profile, buoyed by the addition of spruce tips - since Finland is 75% forest and a large portion is Spruce.
Collaboration? I'll make the beer, they'll write the jingle.
